"Which Batter Is Better?" Of all the Saravanaa branches around the world, Bangkok's holds a super high candle to the infinite murkiness of consistency. I must have eaten here in total over 20 times, and it's never once been bad. In fact it tastes almost so identical that I wonder if they made 100 tons of sambar and have it frozen down in some huge warehouse. The service is distracted, as most Indian places can be, but the food here is so good you'll keep coming back for more. I only wish they had another branch in Bangkok because going to Sathon from Thong Lo or Ekkamai is challenging. These recommendations are just personal opinions based on my palate, things change, chefs get fired or replaced, places open-close, relocate, so take it all with a pinch of MSG and discover your own gems too. But please do try a few of these, they have been researched exhaustively.
